Assistant Director of Campus Ministry
Salary: $41,228 - $48,504 Assistant Director of Campus Ministry The University of St. Thomas seeks an Assistant Director of Campus Ministry to give oversight to Campus Ministry's student faith development programming and to connect students to various opportunities within Campus Ministry.
In this position you will have the opportunity to supervise the Residence Hall Chaplain Program; direct the Retreat Program, manage Campus Ministry's Christian Initiation process including coordinating recruitment of catechists, sponsors and candidates, coordinating calendaring of catechetical sessions and liturgical rites, and planning liturgical rites with the Director of Liturgy; provide Outreach to Students which includes but is not limited to being available for individual student pastoral help and guidance, responding to crisis, participating in and leading of student programming, and building relationships between students and Campus Ministry.

Qualifications include: Equivalent to a Bachelors degree in theology or related fields, and four years of experience in ministry related duties required; M.A. preferred.
